Welcome to SpiritGotchi ("SpiritGotchi", "we", "us", "our").

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SpiritGotchi mobile application and website (the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Nature of the Service

SpiritGotchi is a digital, credit-based prediction game for entertainment purposes only.

The Service:

• Does not involve real money transactions
• Does not provide financial services
• Does not provide investment advice
• Does not facilitate trading
• Does not offer securities or derivatives

All in-game predictions use virtual credits only. Credits have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money.

2. No Affiliation With Polymarket

SpiritGotchi may display publicly available prediction market data.

SpiritGotchi:

• Is not affiliated with Polymarket
• Is not endorsed by Polymarket
• Does not execute trades on behalf of users

Users are responsible for any independent use of external platforms.

3. Wallet Connection

The Service may allow authentication via a Solana wallet.

• Only public wallet addresses are stored
• Private keys are never accessed
• Authentication uses cryptographic signatures only

You are solely responsible for securing your wallet.

4. In-Game Credits

Credits:

• Have no real-world value
• Cannot be transferred outside the game
• Cannot be redeemed for currency

We reserve the right to adjust, reset, or remove credits in case of abuse, exploits, or technical errors.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities
• Attempt to manipulate game systems
• Reverse engineer the application
• Interfere with servers or infrastructure

Violation may result in suspension or termination.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, including pixel creatures, eggs, game assets, UI design, logos, and code is the intellectual property of SpiritGotchi and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available".

We do not guarantee:

• Continuous availability
• Error-free operation
• Accuracy of third-party market data

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpiritGotchi shall not be liable for:

• Loss of virtual credits
• Technical issues
• Data loss
• Third-party platform issues

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland.

Jurisdiction shall be Zurich, Switzerland.
